The rubber part for the PLS series consists of 3.00 cm and 3.30 cm elastomer elements, reinforced with 120 x 8 mm steel sheets and 110 x 10 mm steel sheets with 4 holes/ml for housing 4+4 threaded bars Ø 12 mm with washer and nut and a central bellows Ø 8 mm reinforced with suitable fabric. The movements are followed by the deformation of the central accordion.
The monobloc structure is made up of: reinforced rubber modules in compliance with CNR 10018/87, made entirely of elastomers. The entire structure is reinforced with an incorporated metal reinforcement and a waterproof central module; anchoring system made of steel expansion anchors and bolts or threaded rods, according to shipbuilding needs; hypalon or epdm flashing for water collection; stainless steel "L" profile for drainage of underfloor water; reoplastic and/or epoxy mortar connecting blocks positioned between the joint elements and the bituminous flooring.
